[origin: EP1905926A1] The shelter has a roofing element (2) including a central orifice that is edged by a cord (20) i.e. flange. A connection unit (18) has a circle (24) i.e. annular part, that is connected to a telescopic type central pole by a junction unit i.e. radial wings (30). The circle is provided with a tubular stop (26) and a tubular blocking ring (32), at its periphery. The element resting on the stop and the ring is interposed between the cord and the stop. The element has a peripheral part that is supported on a circular or polygonal shaped armature.
