Abstract (en)

The pump has an impeller (2) arranged in housing (3), where and impeller is rotatably supported around a rotational axis. A wearing part (5), which extends in a process direction of the rotational axis and surrounds a blade edge, is arranged within the pump housing such that the wearing part exhibits a gap with respect to the blade edge. The wearing part is movably supported with respect to the housing in such a manner that rotation of wearing part around the axis causes a movement of the wearing part in a direction of the axis to change the gap between an impeller edge and the wearing part. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing a position of a wearing part in a centrifugal wheel pump.

Abstract (de)

Die Zentrifugalradpumpe (1) umfasst ein Pumpengehäuse (3) sowie ein darin angeordnetes Laufrad (2), wobei das Laufrad (2) um eine Drehachse (2d) drehbar gelagert ist, und wobei das Laufrad (2) zumindest eine Schaufel (2a) mit einer Schaufelkante (2b) aufweist, wobei innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (3) ein die Schaufelkante (2b) derart umschliessendes, sich in Verlaufsrichtung der Drehachse (2d) erweiterndes Verschleissteil (5) angeordnet ist, sodass das Verschleissteil (5) bezüglich der Schaufelkante (2b) einen Spalt (c) aufweist, und dass das Verschleissteil (5) derart bezüglich dem Pumpengehäuse (3) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dass eine Drehen des Verschleissteils (5) um die Drehachse (2d) ein Verschieben des Verschleissteils (5) in Richtung der Drehachse (2d) bewirkt, um dadurch den Spalt (c ) zwischen Schaufelkante (2b) und Verschleissteil (5) zu verändern.
