Abstract (en)
The pump (1) has a pump housing (3) and an impeller (2) supported rotatably around a rotation axis (2d). The impeller has a blade with a blade edge, and a wearing part (5) extends in a running direction of the rotation axis. A shovel edge enclosing the blade edge is arranged within the housing, so that that wearing part has a gap with respect to the blade edge. The wearing part is shiftably supported with respect to the housing such that rotation of the wearing part around the axis causes shifting of the wearing part to change the gap between the blade edge and the wearing part. An independent claim is also included for a method for changing the position of a wearing part in a centrifugal wheel pump.

Die Zentrifugalradpumpe (1) umfasst ein Pumpengehäuse (3) sowie ein darin angeordnetes Laufrad (2), wobei das Laufrad (2) um eine Drehachse (2d) drehbar gelagert ist, und wobei das Laufrad (2) zumindest eine Schaufel (2a) mit einer Schaufelkante (2b) aufweist, wobei innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (3) ein die Schaufelkante (2b) derart umschliessendes, sich in Verlaufsrichtung der Drehachse (2d) erweiterndes Verschleissteil (5) angeordnet ist, sodass das Verschleissteil (5) bezüglich der Schaufelkante (2b) einen Spalt (c ) aufweist, und dass das Verschleissteil (5) derart bezüglich dem Pumpengehäuse (3) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dass eine Drehen des Verschleissteils (5) um die Drehachse (2d) ein Verschieben des Verschleissteils (5) in Richtung der Drehachse (2d) bewirkt, um dadurch den Spalt (c ) zwischen Schaufelkante (2b) und Verschleissteil (5) zu verändern.
