Abstract (en)
The otoplasty (1) involves connecting hearing aids, external earpieces and hearing protection units by a connecting device, which is arranged at an oval carrier (5). The carrier and the connecting device are formed as a single piece, where the connecting device is formed as a sleeve (4) and the carrier is formed as a flat plate. The connecting device consists of a light-hardenable thermoplastic and the sleeve has a locking device in the form of screw and buldge. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an otoplasty with a connecting device.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Otoplastik (1) mit Verbindungseinrichtung zur Verbindung der Otoplastik mit Hörgeräten, externern Hörern oder Gehörschutzelementen. Um eine Verbindungseinrichtung anzugeben, die einfach herstellbar und alltagstauglich ist, schlägt die vorliegende Erfindung vor, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung im Inneren der Otoplastik (1) auf einem Träger (5) angeordnet ist, wobei der Träger (5) ein vom Hörgerät entfernteres Ende der Otoplastik (1) bildet und wobei Träger und Verbindungseinrichtung einstückig ausgebildet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin zwei Verfahren zur Herstellung der Vorrichtung.
