The tool (1) has a magnet (9) arranged at an end (3) of an extendable telescope bar (2). A needle (7) is arranged at another end (5) of the telescope bar and is aligned towards a longitudinal axis (6) of the telescope bar. A light source is arranged at the ends of the telescope bar, and an energy source for the light source is arranged in or on the telescope bar, where the light source is a light emitting diode (LED) lamp or a laser light source (4).
