Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007014814A2] Described herein is a plant for surface treatment of products comprising: a continuous overhead conveyor having a conveying system; a loading station, an unloading station and one or more stations for treatment of said products; and hooking means designed to couple with said conveying system and to support said products. The continuous overhead conveyor comprises at least one first section and one second section, in which the conveying system traverses a substantially loop-shaped path, and a first and a second transferrer for transferring the hooking means. The first transferrer is positioned upstream of the first section and upstream of the second section and is designed to transfer the hooking means from a position upstream of the first section to the second section. The second transferrer is positioned downstream of the first section and downstream of the second section and is designed to transfer the hooking means from the first section to a position downstream of said second section.
