[origin: WO2007012721A3] The invention concerns a household appliance comprising a steam generator connected by several cords (20, 30) to different accessories (2, 3), such as an iron and a travel steamer, characterized in that at least one of the accessories (2, 3) comprises a heating element (21, 31) provided with a vaporizing chamber (22, 32) enabling condensates possibly present in the supply cord (20, 30) of the accessory to vaporized and in that the appliance includes a control module (100) which prevents steam from being emitted towards said accessory (2, 3) when the vaporizing chamber (22, 32) of the accessory is at a temperature insufficient to vaporize the condensates present in the cord (20, 30).
