[origin: WO2007012589A1] A fuel injection valve (1) has a piezoceramic actuator (2) with ceramic layers (26, 27) and electrically conducting intermediate layers (28, 29). For charging the actuator (2), an electric voltage can be applied to the electrically conducting intermediate layers (28, 29). The intermediate layers (28, 29) consist of silver and an absorbent of titanium oxide or zirconium oxide. In the production of the actuator (2), the absorbent forms a crystalline compound with a lead oxide excess provided in the ceramic layers (26, 27), so that the forming of the intermediate layers (28, 29) consisting of silver is improved.
