Abstract (en)
The method involves having several foods cut into slices (1) and separated by a distance (3). The food slices can be folded and or formed as waves. The sliced food is removed and a spacer moved by a change of the relative velocity of two following sliced food items. An independent claim is included for a device to manufacture food portions.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Portionen von Lebensmitteln. Des weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmitteln sowie ein Verfahren zum Abtrennen von Lebensmittelscheiben von Lebensmittelriegeln.
