A paper web (10) making assembly has: a headbox (3, 40) with a horizontal elongated outlet slit; former (4); press station (14); drying station (21, 29); coating station (29); and calender (34). The headbox outlet jet (7, 41) simultaneously discharges a number of discrete layers of suspension. The suspension layers are all or in part drawn from a common supply of suspended material (2). The drying station (21, 29) has a single line of drying stations (22, 30). The headbox (3, 40) is operated alone or in combination with the drying stations (21, 22) to form a selected layer profile in the Z-plane in particular the web (10) curl-plane. Further claimed is a commensurate process for production of a paper web.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (10), insbesondere Papierbahn, mit einem Stoffauflauf (3; 40) sowie weiteren Bestandteilen, wie Former (4), Pressenpartie (14), Trockenpartie (21, 29) und insbesondere Streicheinrichtung (25) und/oder Kalander (34). Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stoffauflauf (3; 40) eine mehrere Schichten (S1, S2; S1, S2, S3) an Faserstoffteilsuspensionen (2.1, 2.2; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3) führende Düse (7; 41) aufweist, wobei die Faserstoffteilsuspensionen (2.1, 2.2; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3) wenigstens zum Teil aus ein und derselben Faserstoffsuspension (2) gebildet sind, dass die Trockenpartie (21, 29) wenigstens eine einreihige Trockengruppe (22, 30) umfasst, und dass die Ausgestaltung und/oder der Betrieb des Stoffauflaufs (3; 40) allein oder in Kombination mit der Ausgestaltung und/oder des Betriebs wenigstens eines weiteren Bestandteils (21, 22) so gewählt ist, dass sich ein gewünschtes Profil der Layerorientation in z-Richtung hinsichtlich einer Curlbeeinflussung der Faserstoffbahn (10) ergibt. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (10).
