Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007017218A2] The invention relates to a roller blind for a skylight (1), which can be fitted to the exterior of said skylight (2) and which can be opened and closed in a louvered manner. The skylight roller blind preferably comprises a hanging blind section (3), part (5) of which consists of slats (5, 6) that can pivot about a pivoting axis, the latter running in the longitudinal direction (L) of said slats, a pivoting activation mechanism (34, 59) for transmitting a pivoting motion to the pivotable slats (5, 6) and a pivoting actuation mechanism (24, 25, 36, 37, 44, 45, 57, 58) for generating an autonomous, simultaneous pivoting motion to open all the pivotable slats in a louvered manner, coupled to the position of the hanging blind section (3), by means of the pivoting activation mechanism (34, 59), during the unrolling of the hanging blind section (3) and to close all said slats in a louvered manner during the raising of the blind section.
