Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007028617A1] The invention relates to a method for compiling a program from a plurality of reports that are recorded and/or live broadcast in a plurality of locations distributed across a region. Respective unmanned, remote-controllable studios are established in at least some of the locations and comprise at least one camera, a microphone and preferably a loudspeaker. Communication links, especially links for transmitting audio and/or video data, are established between a program director, especially a director and/or presenter, present in a head office physically distant from the locations and individuals present in the locations. Reports involving the individuals present in the locations as the performers are recorded in the locations by means of the camera and the microphone, remotely controlled from the head office. Communication between the program director and the performers and the recording or live broadcast of the reports is controlled from the head office according to a linkup, especially a conference linkup, including planned and spontaneous elements. The individual reports are finally compiled to produce a program in a time sequence that is determined by the linkup.
