Abstract (en)
The device has a shaft (14) forming a housing for a cosmetic product, and a drive unit (22) displacing a plate in translation to distribute the product via a distribution opening (15) of the shaft, where the shaft being raised in a base (2). An external transversal section of the base or an internal transversal section of a lateral wall (18) of the shaft has a convex portion (17) towards an interior, where the shaft and the base are non-homothetic sections. An independent claim is also included for a method for applying a cosmetic product.

Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit (P) cosmétique comportant un plateau, une cheminée (14) formant un logement pour ledit produit et un moyen d'entraînement (22) pour le déplacement en translation du plateau (35) dans la cheminée, le déplacement du plateau permettant la distribution de produit via une ouverture de distribution (15) de la cheminée, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi latérale (18) de la cheminée comporte une section transversale interne présentant une portion concave (16) vers l'intérieur et une portion convexe (17) vers l'intérieur, la cheminée étant dressée dans une embase (2) présentant une section transversale externe convexe vers l'extérieur.
