Abstract (en)
The device has a handling unit (16) interposed between a frame (12) and a bedding surface (14) i.e. examination table. A geometry of the unit and bed's different elements ensure that the surface does not contact with an upper end of a rod (36) and a bed assembly supported with the ground when the bed is in top position. The surface supported on the end of the rod that immobilizes the surface, and causes rising of the frame with tubes (32), contacts with the ground such that the tubes does not contact with the ground and the bed rests on wheels (38) when the bed is in bottom position.

Dispositif support d'un lit comprenant un cadre (12) avec des pieds (22), une surface (14) de couchage mobile par rapport à ce cadre (12) grâce à des moyens (16) de manoeuvre interposés, caractérisé en ce que chaque pied (22) comprend un tube (32), solidaire du cadre (12), une tige (36) libre en translation par rapport audit tube (32) munie d'une roue (38), de façon que : - en position haute PH , il n'y a aucun contact de la surface (14) de couchage avec l'extrémité supérieure de la tige (36), l'ensemble du lit reposant sur son cadre, lui-même en appui au sol par ses pieds (22) et ses tubes (32), et - en position basse PB , la surface (14) de couchage vient en appui sur l'extrémité de la tige (36) immobilisant la surface de couchage par rapport au sol et provoquant la montée du cadre (12) avec ses tubes (32) de sorte que les tubes (32) ne sont plus en contact avec le sol et le lit repose sur les roues (38).
