Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1913917A1] The chassis has flanks (1, 2) connected by a pair of crosspieces (7, 8) that are pivoted with respect to each other. Backrest poles (22, 23) are mounted and articulated on the flank that carries the poles. A linkage assembly is formed by connecting rods (18, 19) and control arms (20, 21). The linkage assembly is connected to the crosspieces such that folding of the poles from a raised usage position permits the folding of the chassis by pivoting the crosspieces with respect to each other.
