[origin: EP1914170A1] The box has a strap formed from vertical panels and terminated by a return band, where each panel is extended by lateral flaps destined to form a bottom once folded at right angle and a cover for the box. Two of the flaps have a die-cut at the level of folding line parallel to an external edge to detach a tab of the flap. Another strap is formed from vertical panels (22-26) and terminated by a return band, where the panels are extended by lateral flaps (20A-26A) destined to form a cover for the box. The flaps (22A, 26A) have openings (22C, 26C) or notches (22E, 26E) to receive tabs (10E-16E). An independent claim is also included for a cardboard matrix or semi-rigid material for fabricating a box, comprising a belt formed from vertical panels.
