[origin: WO2007020109A1] The invention relates to a ladder hook which is made of a round metal, which is to be used universally on all types of ladders and which is used to hang paint pots, paintbrushes, tools or similar on the side parts of a ladder. Said hook comprises three essentially U-shaped arcs, whereby each arc consists of two sides and a connection rod and defines an arc plane (A, B, C). Each of the two sides (2A, 3A) of the central U-shaped arc extends into a side (2C, 3B) of the two external U-shaped arcs. The arc planes (B and C) which are defined by the two external U-shaped arcs are arranged on a common plane. Said common arc plane forms a right angle on the arc plane (A) of the central arc. Due to said inventive embodiment, the ladder hooks can be arranged on the front side and on the rear side of the side parts of a ladder. Also, the ladder hook can be arranged on the right and on the left side parts of the ladder without reducing space in relation to the suspension of the objects.
