A mechanical switch line (30) is provided from an actuating element (24) of a handle (21) to the releasing element for the releasing agent. A safety device (40) has a gravitation controlled intermediate element arranged between two actuators (34) of the switch line, which is positioned in a release switching state between the two actuators and which intercepts the switch line in an intercepting position.
