Abstract (en)
The producing method involves tufting pile threads (2) into a tuft substrate (1), and guiding the back side of the back side of the turf substrate along together with loops (4) of pile threads pierced through the turf substrate while pressing the back side against a heated drum to heat the loops at predetermined temperature, such that the loops begin to melt and are pressed flat against the turf substrate at a predetermined pressure.

Zum Herstellen eines Teppichs nach dem Tuftingverfahren werden Florfäden (2) in einen Tuftträger (1) eingenadelt, und der Rücken des Tuftträgers (1) wird mit durch den Tuftträger (1) hindurchgestochenen Schlaufen (4) der Florfäden (2) unter Andrücken an einer erhitzten Trommel (6) entlang geführt. Bei vorbestimmter Temperatur werden die Schlaufen (4) der hindurchgestochenen Florfäden (2) angeschmolzen und unter vorbestimmtem Druck an den Tuftträger (1) angedrückt und flach gepresst.
