The track or plate shaped element is formed on one side with cam-like elevation (2) for lying as pavement- damming path and for technical vibrational oscillations during construction. The track (1) has a thinnest position (d1), which is smaller than 8 millimeters and a thickest position (d2), which is greater than 17 millimeters. The thickest position is approximately 24 millimeters and the thinnest position is approximately 6 millimeters thick.

Es wird die Verwendung von Bahnen (1) oder plattenartigen Elementen aus einem Gummi-Polyurethan-Verbundmaterial, das einseitig mit nockenartigen Erhebungen (2) ausgebildet ist, zur Verlegung als Estrich-Dämmbahn und zur technischen Schwingungsisolierung in Gebäuden vorgeschlagen, wobei die Bahn (1) dünnste Stellen (d1) von kleiner 8 mm und dickste Stellen (d2), körperlich durch die nockenartigen Erhebungen (2) vorhanden, von größer 17 mm aufweist.
