The system has two differential microphone stages with two differential directional microphones, respectively, where one of the differential microphone stages is downstream of the other differential microphone stage. The two differential microphone stages exhibit directional characteristics with zero points in two directions, respectively. One of the directions is oriented opposite to the other direction.

Es wird ein differentielles Richtmikrofonsystem für ein Hörhilfsgerät beschrieben, umfassend: - eine erste Richtmikrofonstufe (I) mit einem ersten differentiellen Richtmikrofon (10), und - eine zweite Richtmikrofonstufe (II) mit einem weiteren differentiellen Richtmikrofon (30), wobei die zweite Richtmikrofonstufe (II) der ersten Richtmikrofonstufe (II) nachgeschaltet ist, wobei die Richtwirkung der ersten Richtmikrofonstufe (I) im Wesentlichen entgegengesetzt zur Richtwirkung der zweiten Richtmikrofonstufe (II) orientiert ist, wobei das differentielle Richtmikrofonsystem eine Richtcharakteristik aufweist, deren Richtwirkung im Wesentlichen orthogonal zu einer durch die Richtwirkungen der ersten und der zweiten Richtmikrofonstufe (I,II) vorgegebenen Achse (A) ist.
