Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1918232A1] The method involves feeding printed products (4) that are complied for forming detachable book blocks by a conveying device (2) that includes synchronously driven feeders (3) of receiving devices (7), where the feeders are arranged along a collection sector (6). The products are conveyed to an adhesive binding device (16) by the conveying device. The binding device is depleted during interrupting of a manufacturing process. The feeding of the receiving devices with the products and supply of the book blocks are adjusted to the binding device during the depletion of the binding device.
