[origin: EP1918236A2] The collecting cylinder has a cylindrical body (1) supported together with a control cam (4) at a frame (3) by a bearing support (2), where a rotational speed difference between a cover cam (6) and the collecting cylinder is designated by a transmission gear in a collecting operation. An exclusive relative rotation between the cover cam and the collecting cylinder is realized about a defined angle for changing the collecting cylinder between a non-collecting operation and the collecting operation in such a manner that a unique coupling (13) is rotatable about that defined angle.
