Abstract (en)
The method involves knitting individual threads (2) on a multichute knitting machine (1) and realizing thermal or chemical treatment in an enclosure (7). A deknitting is carried out on a knitted thread in a deknitting unit (4) with traction. The deknitted thread is reeled and beamed individually. Processing operation and fabrication operation are carried out on the individual threads with intermediate accumulation of the threads. An independent claim is also included for a processing line of threads implementing thread processing method.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement de fils par tricotage - détricotage. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à tricoter plusieurs fils individuels (2) sur une machine à tricoter multichutes (1), puis à réaliser un ou plusieurs traitements thermique, chimique ou autre, dans une ou plusieurs enceintes (7), à effectuer ensuite, dans une unité de détricotage (4), un détricotage avec traction sur le premier fil tricoté et à bobiner ou à ensoupler individuellement les fils détricotés (2) ou à effectuer sur ces fils individuels une autre opération de traitement ou une opération de fabrication, éventuellement avec une accumulation intermédiaire desdits fils. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de l'industrie textile, en particulier du traitement de fils, notamment de la texturation par tricotage - détricotage.
