Abstract (en)
The method involves moving integrally moving elements (1) in water, where the element have compartments (2, 3) joined with each other, in which the compartment (2) contains a dissolved gas. The elements are lowered down to a preset depth under effect of gravity, and two compartments are set in communication with each other. The elements are raised by expanding into the compartment (3) and converting the gas into electrical energy. An independent claim is also included for an electricity generating device.

Procédé de production d'électricité comprenant un déplacement dans l'eau d'au moins un premier élément mobile (1) présentant un premier compartiment (2) contenant au moins un gaz et un deuxième compartiment (3) reliés l'un à l'autre, ce déplacement comportant une descente dudit au moins premier élément mobile (1) jusqu'à une profondeur prédéterminée sous l'effet de la gravité, une mise en communication des deux compartiments (2,3), une ascension dudit au moins un premier élément mobile (1) avec expansion dudit gaz dans ledit deuxième compartiment (3), et une transformation de ce mouvement en une énergie électrique.
