Die Erfindung betrifft eine Deckenkühleinrichtung mit einer von einem Kühlmittel durchströmten Kühlschlange (11). Um eine gattungsgemäße Deckenkühleinrichtung in vorteilhafter Weise weiterzubilden, wird vorgeschlagen, dass unterhalb der und in Überdeckung zu einer Kühlschlange (11) ein Schallabsorber in Form eines luftdurchlässigen, flächigen Schaumstoffelementes (7) angeordnet ist.
