[origin: WO2007025651A1] The invention relates to a permanent fire fighting system comprising an extinguishing fluid storage tank, a pipeline arranged between said extinguishing fluid storage tank and at least one extinguishing fluid projecting nozzle and a high pressure pump for producing a high pressure in said pipeline. In order to use the inventive fire fighting system for other purposes, said system is provided with a cleaning system which is connected to the pipeline by means of a junction in such a way that it makes it possible to use the extinguishing fluid supplied via said junction to the cleaning system for cleaning surfaces, wherein said high-pressure pump produces a pressure of greater than 40 bar.
