[origin: EP1921248A2] The device (B) has a fixation plate (P) fixed against a column (12) of a fixed frame (10), and a casing (K) fixed with the help of the fixation plate, where the casing is constituted of a stile (22) and a cover (23). The cover has a covering boundary (24) on a part of a boundary of the cover. The fixation plate installs the casing against a covering boundary (14) of the fixed frame without interfering with later installation of an inner isolating trim.
