[origin: WO2007022860A1] Disclosed is an espresso machine (1) comprising a pressure-tightly closable brewing chamber with an inlet for hot water, a possibility to fill fresh espresso powder, and an outlet for freshly brewed espresso. The inventive espresso machine (1) is characterized in that the brewing chamber has a volume that is sufficient for making at least three cups of freshly brewed espresso simultaneously and/or immediately after each other.
