[origin: EP1923105A1] The device has a screw (70) with a body (71) that extends from a threaded end (72) to an operation end (73). The screw has a handlever (74) articulated relative to the body according to a joint (75) placed at a side of the end (73). The lever has a cam surface (85) at the level of the joint. The screw has a shoulder (90) placed between the threaded and operation ends, and an articulation axis (77) of the handlever passes at the level of an axis (79) of the body. A helical spring is placed between the shoulder and handlever for hooking the handlever in a folded or deployed position.
