The air bag arrangement has an airbag (1) for an air bag module with a gas producer (2) to fill the airbag, and a housing that accommodates the air bag arrangement by the folded air bag. The air bag arrangement is covered by a sheet and the folded air bag are partially enclosed. The air bag is folded by a low pressure and the sheet envelopes lying close to the air bag. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an air bag module (2) a method for folding an air bag (3) a method for producing an air bag arrangement.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Luftsackanordnung (100) mit einem Luftsack (1) für ein Luftsackmodul mit einem Gasgenerator (2) zum Befüllen des Luftsackes (1) und einem Gehäuse (3) zur Aufnahme der Luftsackanordnung (100) mit dem gefalteten Luftsack (1), und mit einer Folie (4), die den gefalteten Luftsack (1) wenigstens teilweise umhüllt. Zur Faltung eines Luftsackes (1) für ein Luftsackmodul mit einem Gasgenerator (2) zum Befüllen des Luftsackes (1) und einem Gehäuse (3) zur Aufnahme des gefalteten Luftsackes (1) wird der Luftsack (1) mittels Unterdruck in seine endgültige, zur Aufnahme in das Gehäuse (3) bestimmte Form gefaltet.
