Abstract (en)
The lift (1) has a measuring device (8) formed of a cable (81), a drum (82) and a potentiometer (83) for measuring a length (L6) of a telescopic mast (6) and delivering an output signal (S1) representing the length. Proximity sensors and a magnet are independent of the device and generate a signal (S2) that represents a range of relative position between telescopic parts such as a cylinder (631) and a rod (633) of a control piston (63), where the parts are movable with respect to one another based on an extension (F5) of the mast. A comparator (9) verifies a coherence between the two signals. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling an aerial lift.

Cette nacelle élévatrice (1) comprend un mât (6) de longueur (L 6 ) variable. Elle est équipée d'au moins un dispositif (8) de mesure de la longueur du mât, ce dispositif délivrant un premier signal (S 1 ) représentatif de la longueur du mât. La nacelle comprend en outre : - des moyens indépendants au dispositif de mesure (8) et aptes à générer un deuxième signal (S 2 ) représentatif d'une plage de position relative entre deux pièces (631, 633) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre en fonction de l'allongement (F 5 ) du mât (6) et - des moyens (9) de vérification de cohérence entre le premier et le deuxième signal (S 1 , S 2 ).
