Abstract (en)
The hinge joint has a frame-fixed, retained hinge bolt, and a sheet metal shaped part pivotably supported on the hinge bolt. A plastic bearing is fixed in a bearing hole of the sheet metal shaped part, and is formed by an electrically conductive plastic compound injected into the bearing hole and connected with wall sections of the hole. The plastic compound comprises of PTFE parts, and is a compound material with friction bearing characteristics. The sheet metal shaped part is deeply teared in a region of the bearing hole.

Um ein Scharniergelenk für miteinander schwenkbeweglich verbundene Bauteile, beispielsweise eine an einem Karosseriekörper schwenkbar befestigte Haube, mit einem gestellfest gehaltenen Scharnierbolzen, einem auf diesem schwenkbar gelagerten Blechformteil und einem in der Lagerlochung des Blechformteils fixierten Kunststofflager, zu schaffen, welches unter Verminderung der Herstellungskosten gefertigt werden kann und ohne besonderen Aufwand eine exakte Maßgenauigkeit gelenkig miteinander verbundener Elemente gewährleistet, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Kunststofflager durch in die Lagerlochung eingespritzte mit der Lochlaibung verbundene Kunststoffmasse gebildet ist.
