[origin: WO2007031570A1] The invention relates to a method for transmitting a multimedia content from a server (11) to a radiocommunication terminal (12), wherein said content comprises at least one multimedia, called initial, scene, and a series of instructions for moving said initial scene. According to said invention, the inventive method consists in transmitting an initial portion of said content from the server (11) to the terminal (12), in recording and reconstructing said initial portion on the terminal (12), in transmitting at least one complementary portion of said content from the server (11) to the terminal (12) in the form of a complement to at least one portion previously received by the terminal (12) in the response to the request thereof, in recording said complementary portion and in reconstructing the multimedia scene updated according to the request from said portions previously received by the terminal (12).
