[origin: EP1925387A1] The press has a punching device (3) and processing devices (1, 4, 5), which are operatable at a side of the press. A transporting device (10) is provided with a drive for transporting the material sheet to be processed through the punching device and the processing devices. A tool exchanging device exchanges the tools in the punching device, where the tool exchanging device is arranged on a drive side of the press, and the drive side is opposite to the operating side.
