[origin: EP1925746A2] The piste-grooming device has a milling carrier (3) with a milling shaft arrangement, adjustable around multiple axes relative to a vehicle. The milling carrier rotates in a firm housing (7) and has a smoothing device, which is arranged behind the milling shaft arrangement as seen in forward direction of the vehicle. The smoothing device is adjusted by an adjusting device. The firm housing and the milling shaft arrangement are supported on the milling carrier and pivot around a pivoting axis, abuts behind a rotary axis of the milling shaft arrangement.
