Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Zubehör zum zumindest zeitweisen Anordnen in den Garraum eines Gargeräts zwecks Tragen von Gargut und/oder zumindest einer Garguttrageeinheit (wie in Form eines Tellers, eines Tabletts, einer Schüssel, einer Kanne und/oder dergleichen), in zumindest einer Beladungsebene, das mit einem Wärmeübertragungsmittel in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist, wobei das Zubehör zumindest bereichsweise von einem Fluid zwecks Übertragung von Wärme von dem Fluid auf das Zubehör durchströmbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Gargerät mit solch einem hohlen Zubehör sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben solch eines Gargeräts.
