Abstract (en)
The exchanger (1) has a set of ducts parallely arranged inside a framework (2), where an exhaust gas to be cooled by heat exchange with a cooling fluid is circulated in the ducts. A connection unit (3) is connected with a duct of an exhaust gas recirculation line. A bypass duct (6) is integrated to the connection unit, and circulates the cooling fluid till an exhaust gas recirculation valve regulates the passage of the gas across the exchanger. The connection unit has two peripheral joint edges (4, 5) formed by stamping using stainless steel.

L'invention concerne un échangeur (1) de chaleur pour gaz, notamment pour les gaz d'échappement d'un moteur, comprenant une pluralité de conduits parallèles disposés à l'intérieur d'une carcasse (2), dans lesquels circulent les gaz à refroidir par échange thermique avec un fluide de refroidissement ; des moyens de raccord (3) à un conduit de la ligne de recirculation des gaz ; et un conduit de dérivation (6) intégré auxdits moyens de raccord (3) et destiné à faire circuler le fluide de refroidissement jusqu'à une soupape EGR régulant le passage des gaz à travers l'échangeur, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de raccord (3) intégrés audit conduit de dérivation (6) comprennent au moins deux pièces (4,5) fabriquées par estampage.
