Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1925997A1] The mechanism has a power source for driving rakes (18), and a demultiplication gear-train (12) connecting the source to an adjusting unit i.e. flywheel (14). The rakes are kinematically connected to the source via a striking driving device i.e. differential (20), that is arranged in the gear-train and actuated by a control unit i.e. camshaft (50). The rakes cooperate with snails for acquiring information on current time. The cam shaft has a cam that cooperates with the driving device via a connection element and a driving mobile for pivoting the cam shaft, during triggering of the striking.
