Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007036242A1] A textile machine is described with a multiplicity of machining points for treating and winding up a multiplicity of threads. Each of the machining points here has a plurality of delivery mechanisms (3, 9, 14) for drawing off and guiding the threads (11), and a winding-up device (10.1). The winding-up devices (10.1-10.9) are arranged next to one another and above one another along the longitudinal side (39) of the machine. In order to change the reel, the winding-up points are assigned auxiliary means (22.1-22.2) which have thread suction means (16) which, during a change of the reel, pick up the threads (11) of one group of winding-up devices (10.1-10.3) and conduct them away. In order, during the simultaneous conducting away of a plurality of threads, to obtain secure guidance of the threads in the devices connected upstream of the machining points, according to the invention a group of pneumatic conveying means (15.1-15.3) is arranged in the thread run upstream of the group of winding-up devices (10.1-10.3) assigned to one of the thread suction means (16), said conveying means being designed such that they can be controlled collectively in order to carry out the changing of the reel.
