To make it possible for the dimpled sheet to be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner while ensuring a high degree of loadability, provision is made according to the invention for at least one dimple (3) to be provided in its upper dimple region (8) with a bead projecting over a directly adjacent region and/or for a secondary material to have a yield point which is greater than the yield point of the main raw material in the lower dimple region (9) or in the flat region (2), thereby producing a region with an increased load-bearing capacity.
