Abstract (en)
The procedure for the production of cast component (7) such as columnar hardened structure or crystalline structure with marker (7) having a stationary logo (10) and an identification marking, comprises introducing the identification marking in a turbine shovel in the root area through laser process or electrical discharge machining process. The component is poured off in a casting process. The logo is cast in the component during the casting. The material is applied on the component for the identification number, which is highly produced from the surface around the marker. The procedure for the production of cast component (7) such as columnar hardened structure or crystalline structure with marker (7) having a stationary logo (10) and an identification marking, comprises introducing the identification marking in a turbine shovel in the root area through laser process or electrical discharge machining process. The component is poured off in a casting process. The logo is cast in the component during the casting. The material is applied on the component for the identification number, which is highly produced from the surface around the marker. The logo is deeply poured from a surface around the logo. Nickel or cobalt based super alloy is used for the component. An independent claim is included for a component(s) produced by casting process.

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gegossenen Bauteils (7, 120, 130), bei dem ein feststehendes Logo (10) beim Gießen hergestellt wird und eine Identifikationskennzeichnung (13) des Bauteils (7, 120, 130) erst nach dem Gießen eingebracht wird.
