Abstract (en)
Odorant (I) comprises acrylic acid methyl ester and/or acrylic acid ethyl ester (at least 90 wt.%), 2,3-methylethylpyrazine (1-4 wt.%), hydroquinonemonomethylether (5-50 ppm) and tertiary-butylhydroxytoluene and/or butylhydroxyanisole (0.025-0.25 wt.%). An independent claim is also included for a fuel gas with at least 60 wt.% of methane comprising the odorant.

Beschrieben wird ein Odoriermittel umfassend oder bestehend aus (A) zumindest 90 Gew.-% Acrylsäuremethylester und/oder Acrylsäureethylester, (B) 1-4 Gew.-% 2,3-Methylethylpyrazin (MEP), (C) 5-50 ppm Hydrochinonmonomethylether, und (D) 0,025 - 0,25 Gew.-% tert.-Butylhydroxytoluol (Jonol) und/oder Butylhydroxyanisol, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Odoriermittels.
