Abstract (en)

The control device has an exhaust gas channel and an exhaust gas reconducting channel (17), which branches off from the exhaust gas channel. An exhaust flap (3) is provided for controlling an exhaust gas back pressure in the exhaust gas channel. An exhaust gas reconducting valve controls exhaust gas mass flow through the reconducting channel. The reconducting valve is designed as a slider (16), which is coupled with a shaft (4), where the exhaust flap is arranged on the shaft.

Bekannte gekoppelte Abgassteuereinrichtungen zur Verwirklichung eines hohen Abgasrückführmassenstromes mit einer Abgasklappe und einem Abgasrückführventil weisen häufig Funktionsstörungen bei hoher thermischer Belastung auf. Daher wird vorgeschlagen, das Abgasrückführventil als Schieber (16) auszuführen, der mit einer Welle (4), auf der eine Abgasklappe (3) angeordnet ist, gekoppelt ist. Hierdurch wird eine Toleranzunempfindlichkeit erreicht, so dass Ausdehnungen bei hoher thermischer Belastung ausgeglichen werden können und ein kompakter Aufbau entsteht.
