Eine verbesserte Befestigungsvorrichtung für ein Anbauteil insbesondere in Form einer KFZ-Antenne an einem mit einer Montageöffnung (3) versehenen Montagewand (5) vorzugsweise in Form eines Karosseriebleches (5') zeichnet sich durch folgende Merkmale aus: die Spann- und/oder Rasteinrichtung (25) und/oder das die Spann- und/oder Rasteinrichtung (25) druckbeaufschlagende Schraubglied (21) liegt in einem Bereich oder in einer Ebene (41) parallel zur Montageöffnung (3) und/oder der die Montageöffnung (3) umgebenden Montagewand (5), die in Montage- und Einsteckrichtung (29) der Befestigungseinrichtung nachlaufend zu einer Ebene (43) angeordnet ist, die durch die Einstecköffnung des zumindest einen Steckverbinders (15) des Steckverbindersystems (19) definiert ist.
