The folding connection has container sides (A,B), where the container sides are connected swiveling with each other around an axis of rotation (T) by a fixing unit in the border area (G).The container sides are limited in border area by a front side surfaces (A sub s,B sub s). The front side surfaces or the two tangents opposite to the respective surfaces run through the fulcrum and include an angle (alpha ) in folded condition at fulcrum which is larger than another angle (beta ).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Faltverbindung und einen faltbaren Behälter mit derartigen Verbindungen zwischen Behälter-Seitenteilen (A,B), bei denen Stirnflächen der Seitenteile in einem aneinander grenzenden Bereich (G) so ausgebildet sind, dass der von ihnen eingeschlossene Winkel (²) den von den Seitenteilen (A,B) im Behälterinneren eingeschlossenen Winkel (±) übersteigt.
