The device has a controlling and/or regulating unit for controlling a valve unit and a cooling unit (2) such that the beverage is dispensed through a discharge nozzle into a beverage container during operation of a beverage releasing unit. The cooling unit has a cooling container (4), and a pipe segment (3``) of a pipe unit is arranged in the cooling container with a number of beverage section pipes (10-13) that converge upstream and downstream to beverage collective pipes (9, 9`). A cooling medium (5) cools the collective pipes and the section pipes.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schnellzapfen von Getränken (1) mit einem das Getränk bereithaltenden Getränkespeicher, mit einem Zapfhahn enthaltend eine Auslauftülle, mit einer zwischen dem Getränkespeicher und dem Zapfhahn angeordneten Kühleinrichtung (2), mit einer Ventileinrichtung enthaltend mindestens ein Steuerventil (14,15,16,17), wobei die Kühleinrichtung einen Kühlbehälter (4) aufweist, in dem ein Leitungssegment einer Leitungseinrichtung angeordnet ist mit einer Mehrzahl von Getränketeilleitungen (10,11,12,13), die stromabwärts und stromaufwärts zu einer Getränkegesamtleitung (9,9') zusammenlaufen, und in dem sich ein die Getränkegesamtleitung und/oder die Getränketeilleitungen kühlendes Kühlmedium (5) befindet.
