Abstract (en)
The kiln (1) has a cooking chamber (2) with an opening (26) in a front face (3) closed by a door (4), where the chamber is surrounded by a case (5). A ventilation device (10) has a ventilation channel (12) channeling an air flow (F), where the channel is placed between the chamber and the case. The door has an inner glass (25) opposite to the opening of the chamber and an outer glass (21) positioned towards exterior of the kiln. The flow (F) has a passage section with a height that is constant on a blowing zone (73) of the channel and on an air deflection zone (72).

Un four de cuisson comprend une enceinte de cuisson (2) ayant une ouverture (26) en face frontale (3) obturée par une porte (4), ladite enceinte de cuisson (2) étant entourée par un boîtier (5), ledit four de cuisson (1) comprenant également un dispositif de ventilation (10) pourvu d'au moins un canal de ventilation (12) placé entre l'enceinte de cuisson (2) et le boîtier (5), ledit au moins un canal de ventilation (12) débouchant au moins en face frontale (3) dudit four (1), la porte (4) étant pourvue d'au moins une glace intérieure (25) en vis-à-vis de l'ouverture de l'enceinte de cuisson (2) et une glace extérieure (21) positionnée vers l'extérieur dudit four (1), ladite porte (4) comprenant également une poignée (30). Une hauteur (H) de la section de passage d'un flux d'air (F) est constante sur au moins une partie d'une zone de soufflage (73) dudit au moins un canal de ventilation (12) et sur une zone de déflexion d'air (72), la zone de déflexion d'air (72) étant au moins constituée à l'extérieur du four de cuisson (1) et depuis la face frontale (3) dudit four (1). Utilisation notamment dans un four de cuisson domestique.
