Device (1) has a primary winding (12) of the heat exchanger (10) streaming through a heat transport medium (14), condensing under heat dissipation. The heat transport medium releases and thereby evaporates heat from a heat source (21) with less temperature as warm side of the boiler (2). A compressor (23) is arranged downstream to the heat source and the compressor brings the medium at a temperature, which lies over the warm side (7) of the boiler. Device has compressor with its flow rate getting governed by a controlling device (29), which is influenced by the temperature of the heat transport medium between the outlet of the compressor and the outlet pipe of the heat exchanger or the fluid (3) of the heat exchanger or boiler.

Eine Vorrichtung (1) dient zur Wärmegewinnung. Die Vorrichtung (1) weist dabei einen Boiler (2) auf, der mit einem Wärmetauscher (10) in Wirkverbindung steht. Der Flüssigkeitsaustausch zwischen dem Boiler (2) und dem Wärmetauscher (10) erfolgt dabei ausschließlich durch Konvektion. Primärseitig ist der Wärmetauscher (10) von einem Wärmetransport-Medium (14) durchströmt, welches von einer Wärmequelle (21) mit geringerer Temperatur als die Warmseite (7) des Boilers (2) erwärmt und dabei verdampft wird. Das Wärmetransport-Medium (14) wird anschließend von einem drehzahlgeregelten Kompressor (23) komprimiert und einer Primärseite (12) des Wärmetauschers (10) zugeführt. Dabei gibt das Wärmetransport-Medium (14) seine gesamte Verdampfungswärme an den Boiler (2) ab. Anschließend strömt das kondensierte Wärmetransport-Medium (14) zurück zur Wärmequelle (21). Zur Erzielung eines hohen Wirkungsgrades der Vorrichtung (1) wird der Kompressor (23) von einer Regelvorrichtung (29) beeinflußt, die von der Temperatur des Wärmetransport-Mediums (14) und/oder der Temperatur der Warmseite des Wärmetauschers (10) beeinflußt ist.
