Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1931030A1] The preamplifier has a detection unit constituted of n-type and p-type complementary MOS (CMOS) transistors (M5, M6) for detecting a pulse of an input current provided by an input (N1). Two feedback units respectively increase current delivered by current generators e.g. current mirrors, during detection duration of pulse detection of the input current. The feedback unit has n-type CMOS transistors (M4, M5), p-type CMOS transistors (M3, M6), a resistor (R1) and a capacitor (C1), and another feedback unit is constituted of p-type CMOS transistors, another resistor and another capacitor.
